We’ve compiled a list of Frequently Asked Questions that we usually encounter from our users. Be it deep cleaning methods or policies for cancellations, we’ve made sure to cover all the aspects that concern our customers. The categorized FAQs can be a guide for you while considering our cleaning services for a one-time deep clean or a regular schedule.
We clean offices, classrooms, industrial spaces, restaurants, banks, hotels, and more at whatever frequency fits your business needs. The services can include but are not limited to cleaning bathrooms, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, floor polishing, carpet cleaning, deep cleaning of appliances and equipment, cleaning windows, and changing trash.
Just let us know what frequency you need and what days and times work best, and we will get you scheduled with a team that suits your needs. We can schedule by phone, text, or email for the first appointment and lock you into the frequency you need.
We do have some products available that are environmentally friendly, pet-friendly, child-safe, or unscented based on your needs, but we are always willing to use something different if you choose to provide your own favorites.
Absolutely! We do our best to accommodate the needs of our clients. We have put up and taken down holiday decorations, decluttered, organized, washed/folded/put away laundry, and helped with some outdoor spring clean-up tasks and light landscaping, to name a few. Our goal is to make life easier and less stressful for our clients!
We definitely do! As long as they are friendly, we don’t even mind them being out in the home while we work. We never charge extra for pets because it’s their home too.
We meet with you to discuss exactly what you want done. There is some difference in what a deep clean includes for everyone, so we find out if you need the inside of appliances and cabinets cleaned, carpets shampooed, windows cleaned, etc. We bring everything we need to complete the job and touch every surface, including baseboards and ceiling fans. We always send a team so that they can check behind each other. Our supervisors are often out doing random inspections while the teams are working to provide consistency in our work.
We have teams available 24 hours a day! Many of our commercial clients depend on us to have the flexibility to clean after business hours.
We understand that life happens, so we will accommodate changes as best as possible. All you need to do is give us a call or text, and we will coordinate a new appointment.
We take sanitation very seriously! Our team members will err on the side of caution if they aren’t feeling well. We also have gloves and masks available for our teams at all times, and we use products that destroy most harmful bacteria and viruses on contact.
We do offer referral discounts for residential cleaning services as well as commercial cleaning services. We always appreciate word-of-mouth advertising!
